We formulate intellectual property strategies that align with the commercial goals of an organisation.  In doing so, we work closely with the CEO and senior management and can engage at a board level.

A good example of where we can add value is in circumstances where an organisation is looking to raise capital or go to IPO and needs to explain their IP position to external investors.  In those circumstances, we can conduct an independent audit of the organisation’s IP position, formulate and document an IP strategy in consultation with management, draft board papers and present to the board, and draft and verify the relevant sections of the prospectus.

We also work to implement the IP strategy of such organisations including portfolio management and identifying innovations.
